it shows some of the world's most nonsensical, stupid, utterly blasphemous *news* if you can still call it that... arey that day they wr airing " YAMLOK KI YATRA"...CANT GET BETTER THAN THIS....
im an out & out fan of this channel...so much value for your money...whether it is stating something as trivial as a slap as breaking news or it may be YAMLOK KI YATRA...i sure wanna know...don't all of us want to?
all this makes me think of a tym when DD used to be the only news channel alive...(well.. can't comment on dat)...dat seems lyk the golden age of newscasting
so as i sit in front of the tv watching "bechaare zameen par"(i pity aamir khan)..... my hand automatically reverts to pick up the remote..and turn to.....

"the 123 agreement and the Hyde act poses a threat to India's sovereignty" it started with this....for the ever 'strike-ing' CPM...as jug suraiya put it in his column " if someone wants to be born, they cannot do so, as the hospitals are closed... one cannot die if they want to as the cemetery is closed...CLOSED!"...now it comes to this....congress names an airport after mananiya shibu soren's father..the situation is so bad that the party is counting on jailed MP's to bail them out...watte situation :)...all this is for the sake of india's energy security which is crucial, looking at the ever rising prices of everything literally...but at the end of the day...we as people do not know what the document is and just how it can exactly threaten us...all we know is that once the voting is done....either we have a caretaker UPA sans left or we have the usual...BANDH!

Pondicherry (or Puducherry as its now known) is a sleepy coastal town in tamil nadu, generally synonymous with the famous ashram of the holy mother and sri aurobindo, is not so sleepy as i found out. Such a small town with such big measures, especially auroville, wherein they have modelled an entire settlement on the basis of a self sufficent environment friendly city,is whoa! My city seems to be THE most drowsiest when it comes to social causes... "arey we won't"...period.. Maybe the interest of foreigners in the area is a reason (and a source for money) but one has to accept, that this small union territory is way ahead of the "big four"
